Food Diary: 28th of March, 2012

– One slice of toasted whole-wheat bread with scrambled egg with tomato
– A bowl of low-fat yogurt with strawberry and muesli with raisins and apple
– Fried ‘krieltjes’ (You might know the French name ‘Pommes Parisiennes’. It’s a Dutch kind of potato, they’re like little round balls) with zucchini in tomato sauce and pork
– One little package of gummy bears
– One cube of dark chocolate
– A croque monsieur made with one slice of whole-wheat bread, low-fat cheese and slices tomato
– Two puffed rice cakes

– One mug of café au lait with soy milk and a sweetener
– Six mug of Japanese cherry green tea
