Food Diary: 27th of March, 2012

Food:
– One bowl of low-fat yogurt with strawberries and muesli with raisins and apple
– One slice of whole-wheat bread with ham, low-fat cheese and lettuce
– One slice of whole-wheat bread with ham
– One slice of whole-wheat bread with strawberry-guava jam
– One cup of apple sauce
– One cranberry-chocolate cupcake 
– One half slice of toasted whole-wheat bread with pineapple jam
– One half slice of toasted whole-wheat bread with strawberry-guava jam
– Two cubes of dark chocolate

Drinks:
– One mug of cafe mocha with soy milk and cacao powder
– One little package of multi fruit juice
– Four mugs of Japanese cherry green tea
