Food:
– A bowl of low-fat yogurt with strawberries and muesli with raisins and apple
– A mini-baguette with ham and lettuce
– One cup of apple sauce
– One magnum infinity ice cream
– One slice of whole-wheat bread with tuna salad
– One slice of whole-wheat bread with grill sausage
– Rice with chicken, beans, peas and lemon chutney
– One cube of dark chocolate
– One little package of gummy bears
– One slice of ontbijtkoek

Drinks: 
– One mug of café au lait with soy milk and a sweetener
– One little package of multi fruit juice
– Two mugs of chai tea latte with honey
