Food Diary: 21st of March, 2012

Food:
– A croque monsieur made with two slices of whole-wheat bread, low-fat cumin spread cheese and ham
– One ‘Jia You’-chocolate
– One slice of toasted whole-wheat bread with scrambled egg with tomato
– Two cubes of dark chocolate
– Tuna Spaghetti
– Mixed salad with lettuce, cucumber, corn, tomato and lemon juice
– One slice of toast with strawberry jam
– One slice of toast with low-fat cheese
– One slice of toast with pineapple jam

Drinks:
– One mug of Mellow Morning
– One mug of café au lait with unsweetened soy milk and a sweetener
– One glass of orange juice
– Three mugs of oolong tea
