Food Diary: 13th of March, 2012

Food:
– One slice of ontbijtkoek
– One slice of whole-wheat bread with dark chocolate sprinkles
– Two slices of whole-wheat bread with ham
– A bowl of chicken soup with potatoes, vegetables and rice
– Two little packages of gummy bears
– One cube of dark chocolate
– Low fat yogurt with peach, apple and cinnamon
– One puffed rice cake

Drinks:
– One mug of café au lait made with soy milk and a sweetener
– One little package of multi fruit juice
– A glass of orange juice
– Two mugs of rooibos cinnamon tea
