Food Diary: 8th of March, 2012

Food:
– A croque monsieur made with one slice of whole-wheat bread and low-fat cheese
– One slice of whole-wheat bread with dark chocolate sprinkles
– One slice of whole-wheat bread with ham
– One slice of raisin bread
– Rice with tilapia filet, green beans and lemon chutney

Drinks:
– One mug of coffee with a dash of regular milk and a sweetener
– One cup of hot chocolate
– Two mugs of green tea lemon
– One glass of orange juice
