Food Diary: 4th of March, 2012

Food:
– One slice of ontbijtkoek
– One slice of whole-wheat bread with filet americain and lettuce
– One little package of gummy bears
– One slice of whole-wheat bread with tuna salad and slices of cucumber
– The other half of the pollo pizza I had yesterday
– A bit of rice with chicken, red cabbage and lemon chutney
– Low fat yogurt with peach

Drinks: 
– Two mugs of ‘Mellow Morning’. Made with soy milk and honey
– One mug of café au lait with soy milk and a sweetener
– Two mugs of green tea
