Food:
– One slice of ontbijtkoek
– Two slices of whole-wheat bread with tuna salad
– Two slices of whole-wheat bread with ham and fatless cheese
– A bowl of chicken soup
– Green agar agar
– Chocolate mousse
– Low-fat yogurt with peach

Drinks:
– One mug of café au lait with soy milk and a sweetener
– A bottle of clear lemonade
– A cup of cappuccino with sugar
– A cup of hot chocolate
– Two mugs of açai green tea
